Join The Deepings u3a
Membership is open to all who are no longer in full-time employment and covers the period from JANUARY to DECEMBER.
The online Application Form, when submitted is emailed to the Membership Secretary. If you have any queries he can be contacted via the link on the Contact page.
The annual subscription fee is currently £10 (this is reduced to £6 if joining after 31st July). There is a charge of £2 per head to attend monthly meetings. Individual groups may incur small running costs (hire of hall, special equipment, professional fees, etc), but all are kept to a minimum as we do not make profits.
Affiliated Membership is available for members of other u3as who wish to join The Deepings u3a for a reduced fee of £6 per annum.
Cheques need to be made payable to The Deepings u3a. Cheques can be handed in at the the Monthly meeting or delivered/posted to the Membership Secretary. (see form for address)
Charity Gift Aid Declaration
Boost your donation (subscription) by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate. Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current, past 4 years and future tax years. Your address is needed to identify you are a current UK taxpayer.
Notes:
If you pay 2 membership fees from your personal account we can only claim for one of them.
If you pay 2 membership fees from a joint account then we can claim for both of them.
A separate Gift Aid form is required from each person wishing to enhance their donation. This is valid for the current year, past 4 years and future years.
